Low Bicarbonate level
I have a sudden bout of breathlessness last night ( laboured kind of breathing) SPO 2 levels are 97-98. I went for Certain tests. ECGs were normal and trop I too. My bicarbonate came at 19.78. A month ago my bio carbonate level was 23. Is it acidosis ? I have been feeling fatigued for whole day.

Need further evaluation including blood tests and lung function test.
Your sudden breathing issue at night is not explained by low bicarb alone.
