After two months of kidney stone removal now again pain in the left side. Please view the latest CT Kub report and suggest me for further steps.

I have frequent urination in day and night time is there I have done with urine test . It shows that traces of albumin present in urine is that serious issue . I attached my report also

I have ckd stage 4 kidney disease ...my creatinine is 4.1 ...till wat value of creatinine is stage 4 chronic kidney disease can I manage ?

My serum creatinine level in Aug 2022 was 1.36 which I reduced to 1.04 in november but it got back to 1.44 in december 2022 , in march 2023 it got reduced to 1.16 but today in May 2023  its again 1.23 . I wanted to know why its not going below 1 is there any medicine to reduce it , since I am into body building and fitness , its affecting my career and diet

I had high fever since last one week, so treatment going for treating the infection. as per test reports- CRP is 272, ESR is 90, and creatinine is 3.77.
