Low Platelet Counts in Transplant case
12+ years kidney transplant patient with stable graft. Recently did my routine test and found a low platelet count ( lower than my usual of 150k). I'm attaching 2 CBC reports in span of 5 months for comparison. Does this signifies any blood disorder as I don't carry any infection or tiredness symptoms. Kindly suggest your opinion on same.

Kidney transplant Recipients usually have low platelets due to immunosuppressants. You can consult Nephrologist for further evaluation and treatment
