Regarding transplant of kidney
My both kidneys are faile and my father want to donate his kidneys but hie is 75 years old and pTient of diabetes and hypertension. so please suggest whether my father can donTe me his kidneys or not

Ideally a person with diabetes is not recommended to donate kidneys. However the nephrologist should examine the donor completely and after thorough evaluation can decide whether he can donate the kidneys or not
