In the recent medical test of my mother, I came across a few aspects like Urea, Creatinine etc which are not in line with the expectations. I would like to understand the root cause of it. How to tackle the problem, any desirable medicines that can be taken for recovery, what to eat and how to avoid further damage. Please guide.

I have been diagnosed with ckd since September 2022 due to hypertension. Last 6 months my creatinine level used to be between 1.7 and 1.8 and urea between 35 to 42. Today as per my blood report my creatinine has increased to 1.9 and urea has come down to 21. Wanted to know what could be the reason for rise in creatinine and drastic reduction in urea. My fasting sugar has risen from 79 to 87 in 3 months. I am taking telma 40mg, indamapide 1.5 mg for bp and fubuxtat 40 mg, colchicine 0.5 mg for uric acid. Could this fluctuation be medicine side effect.

I got a full body checkup. All parameters are normal - CBC, sugar, cholesterol, liver, kidney all have normal values. But potassium is 5.5, what could be the reason for this? Is it because of bp medication?
