I am seeing protein loss in urine for last nine months I did ultrasound I came back normal, my creatine levels and uric acid also normal, I am prediabetic What may be the cause I ultrasound it said cystitis

Sir i am 27 years old young University student. Now a days i am feeling very weakness. My eyes feel sleepy and tired. I dont get energy at all. 3 days ago I got my health report done and had elevated levels of sgpt -78, sgot - 67, creatinine - 2.3, uric acid - 9, trygliceride - 229, vit d - 12. Last week I had high fever ranging from 99-102 and there was pain in stomach below the belly button. i get thirsty all the time and urine is normal. Ultrsound reports say "mild hepatomaly" What could be the reason of increase in creatine and uric acid?

My father has CKD and he also has a urinary tract infection, so the doctor prescribed Levofloxacin and Urimax. However, his pain while urinating is not getting better. So he stop taking that medicine 8 days ago. He had a fever yesterday and now the pain has worsened. What to do now

My creatinine level is 0.70. The laboratory prescribed level is 0.9 to 1.3. Is this something to worry about. 6 months back my creatinine level was 0.80 and test was done in same lab. I took the previous test as it was instructed in office as part of Covid protocol. Do I need to worry about the creatinine. Please suggest. I am very much nervous.
