I Diagnosed with Diabetic nephropathy
I Diagnosed with Diabetic Nephropathy few month ago with very mild symptoms (little bit of swelling in feet) eventually all symptoms gone within a week of treatment creatinine level decreased from 4.85 to 3 and eventually bellow 3. Now I am continue with my medication like alfakit, Nephrosafe, Cetanil Trio 6.25, D Rise 60k, Oxramet and Thyronorm.
But sometimes I feel very tired and unbalanced . What should I do now?
