My mother(55 years and Diabetic) has an Egfr of 87. Urine Albumin ratio is 8.5mcg. Her Creatinine is 0.8 and Urea is 9. Both are within normal range and we also did a whole abdomen ultrasound which came back normal without any issues. I am scared because of her low egfr because an eGfr above 90 is considered normal for a healthy kidney. I am really tensed. Is her egfr normal considering her age?

Hello sir I have been diagnosed with Hiatal hernia and pan gastritis The doctor suggested that to take sompraz l i have been taking form since 3 years. My brother has removed one kidney due to tumor(onchocytoma) 5 years back. he ll keep check renal function every 6 months.his creatine will vary from 1.2 to 1.4. from latest result his creatine level is 1.4 and uric acid is 5. Is this normal.and what is the normal creatine value considered for a person with one kidney

Hello Doctor, Few days back I took neurokind lc in morning and vitamin d3 1000iu uprised3 , I feel reflex qnd vomiting sence after checked with doctor I stopped and vomiting sensation stopped, today due to muscle pain I started 1000iu again I feel reflex and mild vomiting sence , so what causing this issue , I don't have issue with blood pressure tablet cresar AM  , only feel after start taking it , is this cause of kidney stone ? I have 3 mm stone ,  I am getting muscle or joint pain so I am dependent on it d3 medicine , I am avoiding monthly maintenance dose due to avoid any side effects. ? Any other issue will causing this problem ? No fever . Jan end I took ultra sound kub it was fine , as well blood test urea creatine is fine , only issue is protine urea little excrete 2.30 ratio , Consulting with doctor ... ask to wait before start medication. Any issue in kidney ...

Hello doctors... My dad went for a regular check up for potassium, creatinine, uric acid, phosphorus and bicarbonate. Everything's in range , except for bicarbonate, which is at 20 (normal being 22 to 29 as per the reports ). He is absolutely asymptomatic of anything. Did serum creatinine test. The result was 1.24 which was in the normal range according to the reports. Also did an ultrasound abdomen and it was normal. Now it's ramzan( 12 hrs of fasting in a day). So my question is can I drink 3-4 litres of after I break my fast or will fasting effect or increase creatinine level. Note- creatinine and ultrasound abdomen was done 2 weeks back. plz advice

Dopper study of Renal 1. small and contracted right kidney with Grade 4 parenchymal changes ( chronic kidney disease ) 2. Diffusedly narrowed right renal artery and significantly reduced internal vascularity of right kidney. 3. Compensatory of hypertrophy of left kidney with normal renal artery Doppler on left side. Sir I am sharing my two spot pc Ratio reports taken month apart.. the current protein taken from early morning sample is 5.7 mg/dl which is increased from previous sample which was 1.7mg/dl is it normal..creat has also increased
