Renogram report
I have mild hydronephrosis and dilated ureter upto iliac crossing(Written in USG),I feel heaviness in right lower back..Doc suggested DTPA renogram..In report I can see there is something written about right kidney..
Kindly tell me what is written in report and what needs to be done for it...How will hydronephrosis reduce?Kindly reply

Given report doesn't show any hydronephrosis. However, right kidney shows reduced function compared to left. You will need regular follow up with Nephrologist.
Next Steps
MCU and DMSA scan might be needed once examined in person.
