I have ckd stage 4 kidney disease ...my creatinine is 4.1 ...till wat value of creatinine is stage 4 chronic kidney disease can I manage ?

My serum creatinine level in Aug 2022 was 1.36 which I reduced to 1.04 in november but it got back to 1.44 in december 2022 , in march 2023 it got reduced to 1.16 but today in May 2023  its again 1.23 . I wanted to know why its not going below 1 is there any medicine to reduce it , since I am into body building and fitness , its affecting my career and diet

I had high fever since last one week, so treatment going for treating the infection. as per test reports- CRP is 272, ESR is 90, and creatinine is 3.77. Please advise what is the exact problem and its cure. How long will it take for recovering back. Is it some kidney disease ? Is there anything to worry? Can this be treated completely?

Hi doc...my husband is of 35 year old he hv been diagnosed 3.1mms kidney stone as we done usg  two days before ...shall we have saline water.... is saline water  helpful to flush out this tiny stone? ...plz help me out for this...thank u
