Please check this kft and urine culture test and tell if its normal or not
This test is from one and half month ago
I stopped taking creatine and protein supplement 3 months back when I got this test done
My serum creatinine level was 1.33 a week ago before this test and it was 1.23 in this report
Please suggest what is the further step
What diet restrictions and lifestyle changes do I need to follow ?

As of now, ur kidney functions are normal. Pls do not restart any of the supplements as it would affect kidney functions. And avoid any pain killers or any other medications over the long term. Also take plenty of fluids. Also do an ultrasound abdomen to look for kidney sizes as part of completion of work up
