Foamy urine observed exclusively in the initial morning sample is typically attributed to concentrated urine accumulated overnight, rather than an underlying medical condition. Subsequent hydration leads to urine dilution, which accounts for the disappearance of the foam. Given your normal HbA1c and blood pressure, and the absence of swelling, pain, fatigue, or changes in urine color, a renal issue is improbable. Significant kidney-related proteinuria generally manifests as persistent foam across all urine samples, not solely the first. Should the foam become consistent or if you develop new symptoms, do 24-hour urine protein test
