Urine foam despite normal acr
Sir,
I have persistent foam in urine like soap.i had under eye bags since 6 months so I had my normal blood profile many times showing normal creatinine .78 and egfr around 119.urine routine is also normal . few days ago I had my urine acr with creatinine urine 108mg/dl and microalbumin 12.69 ug/ml showing normal urine acr 11.27 but I have persistent foam and under eye bags. What to do next please guide

Your creatinine, eGFR and urine ACR are all within normal range, which is reassuring and makes a kidney problem unlikely right now. Foam in urine without protein in the ACR is usually just from a fast stream or concentrated urine hitting the water, not kidney leakage. The under-eye bags are more often from sleep, fluid pattern or genetics than from kidney disease when the kidney numbers are this normal.
Next Steps
If the foam keeps bothering you, ask for a spot urine protein-to-creatinine ratio, since ACR only measures albumin and a repeat check would rule out other types of protein loss. Drinking enough water and a regular sleep routine often settle the eye puffiness.
