Dear doctor Due to pain in Chest i done a blood check up the reports are bp was 135/90 heart rate 71 FBS - 95 Esr - 25mm/hr Blood urea - 33.4 mg/dl Sr creatinine -1.4mg/dl Uric acid - 5.7 mg/dl Total cholesterol - 110 Triglycerides - 263 HDL- 32 LDL- 25 I could see my sr creatinine is 1.4 which is bothering me , kindly suggest whether it is common are not? Note : My urine is normal, no pain in stomach some times gastric pain, no swelling in legs or ankle. But my dad had his sr creatinine around 1.8 to 2 since many years and under tablets for more than 15 years.

Hi Sir, There is normal pain in right stomach near kidney and sometime having problem while urinate. I went for CT scan and found these report - - A 8 x 7mm calculus (Mean attenuation value: 850 HU) noted in right vesico-ureteric junction with proximal hydroureteronephrosis. -A 4 x 3mm calculus (Mean attenuation value: 600HU) noted in upper pole calyx of left kidney. Can explain more any specific medicine will dissolve it.

Hi, My dad is prescribed by Erythropoetin alpha  Injection 5000 IU by his nephrologist weekly once. This week we could not find this injection in our city and had to order from different city through our family friend via courier. Upon reaching this injection to our address we noticed that this injection was not an iced pack as it is required to be transported in cold storage(2-8 degree). It took 3-4 of these injections to reach my place. Please let me know if it's ok to take this injection. Thanks...
