Sir,my father are serious condition with kidney problems along with COPD from12ynow। feaver and infection, catheter are used for urine,all test reports attached here please suggest me what I do।

Age 31,weight 76,hight 5ft8inch, Histroy of smoking, Alchohol intake 10 days in a month, Normal blood pressure, Back pain but not all time, i have attached my blood reports.

Thanks again doc for your time and free suggestions. Sir where can I get uroflowmetry test? Pathology laboratory? Or Urologist hospital? I fall on marble stairs in March 2022. Which cause minor pain in back for some days? Can it be related? But i was having urine issues before it. Sometimes I feel Pelvic area tightness. I'll get USG done sir. Thanks again sir.

I have consulted reputed senior urologist 2 times he said as you have no other symptoms and no problem felt in physical examination it seems ok .. still you can do CT ABD KUB PELVIS PLAIN.. ? Should I go for it ? Will it find any cause? Can it rule out Prostatitis? Or other issues non kidney stone?

Done 2 times urine analysis with 3months gap ( routine microscopic)...both came normal. Still pain and burning urine mostly after sleep or less urine... Is this serious infection? Started 1 year ago. It comes and goes in days. Prostatitis or urethra problem? Should I go for usg? Taken 1 week cefixime ofloxine both time ..syp Potrate mb6

Dear Doctor Sir/ Madam, During gallbladder surgery one month before my serum creatinine was 1.3 in local lab I retested on 11th dec in local lab it's serum creatinine 0.99 in MD pathologist lab nd in same blood sent to dr. Lal lab there it's 1.1 aataching all reports here Can you please help my my kidney is functioning normal ?
