My father is taking qutipin 25 since September. Is quitipine 25 and qutipin 25 are same medicine? Has its drowsy side effects?

Post cardiac arrest in November, 22,  he had 3 stent implantation and consequently developed dry gangrene in his both toes whose treatment is going on. Now the creatinine level is increased upto 3.42 aa per recent RFT report. Pls suggest what should we do to reduce or is it harmful.

Hello Dr .I am 34 yrs male of 81 kg and 5ft 8inch height.I am facing some problem about urine and back pain for  last one month.There is frequently comes foamy type urine with burning sensation.I feel some pain while urinating.Also I gaining some weight rapidly,about 8 kgs in one year.but I have swelling .Also I have some lower back pain in lower back bone area.what is the reason behind this condition?please suggest some medical treatment. Hello respected Doctors. My aunty was suffering from low appetite, mild fever , weakness from last 1month. He was admitted in hospital. Today i got her ct scan report. Doctor said her right got infection & they prescribed 14 injection for 14 days. I don't know the name of injection. Is there something serious? I attached the report plz reply.

She is not eating properly and shez having difficulty in breathing. Below ive attached reports of usg abdomen and pelvis and chest xray. Is it something serious?

My mother has Albumin traces in urine regularly and urine is acidic.please suggest if it's a problematic and needs to consult nephrologist. she is hypertensive, diabetic. she is also under treayment for mood swings.pls suggest if any precaution to be take to avoid further complications too

Hi my father has been diagnosed with some bacterial infection in both kidneys. The doctor's have suggested to use Meropenem 1Gm thrice a day (Intronem 1Gm - ODIN Healthcare ltd). Salt Combo is:  This costs about 1100 per injection. So 3300 per day for 15 days. My brother's friend who is a medicine wholesaler says it's the same Meropenem that is also available in name of Zypenem. The cost is 440 per injection. Can someone help to understand that these two are same meds? I have attached the pics. Pls its urgent.

Dear doctor Due to pain in Chest i done a blood check up the reports are bp was 135/90 heart rate 71 FBS - 95 Esr - 25mm/hr Blood urea - 33.4 mg/dl Sr creatinine -1.4mg/dl Uric acid - 5.7 mg/dl Total cholesterol - 110 Triglycerides - 263 HDL- 32 LDL- 25 I could see my sr creatinine is 1.4 which is bothering me , kindly suggest whether it is common are not? Note : My urine is normal, no pain in stomach some times gastric pain, no swelling in legs or ankle. But my dad had his sr creatinine around 1.8 to 2 since many years and under tablets for more than 15 years.
