What to do for culture report
This is a report of a 73 aged person who have been diagnosed diabetic nephropathy his blood sugar is under control now sometimes becoming hypoglycemic his routine examination and culture examination of urine is attached please suggest that the culture examination is having positive growth of microorganism ,currently needle biopsy can be done or not..

Positive urine culture is not a contraindication for needle Biopsy. However, question is why needle Biopsy and which organ needle Biopsy is being planned?
