My mother is a pateint of rheumatoid arthritis with c3 c4 disc herniation l4l5 disc bulge neck pain back pain and knee pain, she takes aceclofenac paracetamol tablets 100mg twice a day,she get sufficient relief from this ,she is taking this medicine from 6 months and get sufficient relief from this, but i afraid of nsaid associated kidney damage, should she continues this medicine or not she also have inflammation in various joints

My aunt is has to metallic valve replacement in 1998 and got sub accute CVA in Jan 23. Her body is swelling and her s creatinine level is 2 and her albumin level is 2.84 need medication to control her creatinine levels

So my dad had a AV graft in his right arm due to thrombosis of his right arm fistula they had put a graft . After Abt 3 months now , with regular dialysis , now suddenly there's a slight swelling and pus discharge to the adjacent area of the fistula. . The duty Doc adviced to put ointment . Do we have to consult a proper doctor and take treatment?

Hi doctor, I am experiencing bubbles in urine for 10 days. Sometimes it is bubbly and sometimes it is normal. It is mostly single layer of bubbles formed in the toilet bowel. What could be the reason for this? I am having type 1 diabetes for last 7 months. Please tell me what could be the reason.

Spot urine examination revealed protein discharge having  ++++ and 24 hours urine  showed  leakage of 2.4 gram of protein per litre Creatinine level reduced to 1.5 BP just measured few minutes before 190 / 101 Yesterday's result creatinine  1.6 and urea 48 Current medication for Sugar metformin  500 mg high blood pressure 1) Telma 40 mg once  and 2)minipress 2.5 mg (Bd) 3)For Piles -Daflon and 4)For Knee pain Paracetamol and glucosamine Is it okay or further in your intervention needed according to reports and current status

Dr. Plz I want to know can ARBs reduce creatinine levels in body ...stage 4 kidney disease ?? Is it possible I had 4.1 creatinine level After 10 days of ARBs now it is 3.8 Is it possible or shall I recheck in different lab

My doctor prescribed me 3 vitamin d injection arachitol  injections for 1 week. Tuesday, Thursday and next Tuesday. Is it safe?
