Please tell should calcium be taken or avoided in this condition?
Like I am taking shellcal 500 tablet and milk everyday. So whether it will be useful or not?

U may take milk but calcium supplements are not required u less ur serum calcium level is low. It is better to avoid calcium supplements if u hav calculi
