2 small Calyceal calculi are noted in upper pole and lower pole measuring 3.2mm and 3.0mm.
Please tell what is the treatment and what precautions to be taken in this?

You seem to have small kidney stones. They usually pass down by themselves in the urine. However, if they grown in size or get stuck in the urinary tract you may experience pain or blood in urine. Keep a watch for such symptoms.
