Sudden low sodium
I had my KFT yesterday NA was 142. Today I repeated it came around 132. I did 2 times today. Both low. Before that my NA was always under the range. What has happened in a single day

Hi Sodium or any electrolyte for that matter is in dynamic equilibrium with blood level and cell level.. There can be fluctuations, it can also depend on the lab you did, time you did etc. unless you have specific symptoms related unlikely you need to be worried. PS- Even feeling nauseous can drop your sodium. @Kidneydoctorrr (IG)
