Your kidneys look fine, however scan shows features of bladder infection and urine too shows few pus cells. Do you have symptoms of UTI? Go ahead and do a urine culture test.

Are u currently having any symptoms?
Did u take antibiotics for the uti?
Repeat the urine routine once the uti settles..if trace albuminuria is still present, we need to evaluate further
