Done two tests of urine but show differ
I have done two tests for urine culture but one time it shows albumin+ + but one time it's showing negative , my gfr is 121 and creatine is 0.8,

When u did the initial test, were you having any infection?
R u seeing frothing in urine
U can check urine microalbumin levels of urine protein creatinine ratio to get a definite picture.

There are many causes for false positive test.
Please do a test see how much protein is lost that will give a clear picture and if that is significant then you will need further testing.
