Kidney stone
Hello dr...my husband was complaining pain in his lower back region and lower abdominal region ...we did usg and in report we found 3. mm stone in his right  kidney am attaching report kindly hv a look ....my query is by saline ( I.V )the stone can passes frm body ...kindly solve my query thank u...

No .. stone wil pass only if it's in the ureter .. stone inside kidney cannot be removed with saline .. needs evaluation if he's making frequent stones ..connect or whatsapp on 959798368zero... wil help u

He will hav to take plenty of water and avoid high oxalate and high uric acid foods to prevent further stones. There are some medicines to take to alkalinize urine so that further stones are not formed If pain is severe, visit a urologist Avoid strong painkillers like diclofenac and brufen.

Hi It is very small stone sitting in the right kidney. Need not worry about it for now. A stone 3-5mm can pass on its own, sometimes you may develop pain or blood in urine. Drink plenty of fluids, avoid sugary drinks or sodas. Reduce red meat intake If recurrent stones then need further evaluation
