After struggling with heroine of 19-20 years from last 6 years I switched to the medicine..like 1. Buprenorphine 2.50 mg 2. Clonxit 2 mg 3. Radizam 2 mg 4. Quatiapine 100 mg 5. Baclofhen 500 mg 6. Diplomax 500 mg 7. Soza sr Now I am tired from this life , I just wanna know the alternate of this buperonorfhin medicine which is costly same as heroin .. some one here suggest to take Methadone ..what are you serious man ...it's a drug called Methh.. and not awailable in india.. I just switch drugs to medicine and now you say again I take some drugs.. Is there's no combination of salts which I can get in medicine shape from local medical store ... Like parvon spas , buta proxyvon ,lomotil , Please tell me if anyone knows the alternate of this , don't suggest me to take indoor treatment or consult any MD physics doc.. what I am doing from last 6 years from..? Hello my cousin passed away last month. She was young and involved in an abusive marriage. She was close to me. My problem is, I can't take my mind off her. She is constantly there in my mind. Whenever i close my eyes, even while going to sleep i see her face infront of my eyes. Thoughts keeps wondering, how she must be in the grave.. How she must be decomposing.. It hurts me to think of her in that condition.. How can I get rid of this stress. I feel sorry for her

My sis is suffering from OCD since 2016 in starting this was not problematic but from last year it's becoming very dangerous for her. She says that she always feels like her hands are not clean she feels like her hands are touching her private parts also she spends almost 2-3 hours in the washroom as she doesn't believe in herself and she washes everything all body parts all washroom accessories again and again due to this fear she usually went to the toilet once a day so she is scared of even drinking water this may lead to serious illness. She is not even able to sleep properly as she checks her hands again and again. She can't change her clothes on her own, from the last some months this condition is becoming worse and worse she also hesitates while sharing everything so we need a female psychiatrist for her as she is not able to sleep,  eat, study by all this life is becoming miserable for her we need your help please help us that will b your most kindness

Hello Sir/Madam, I am Praveen. I have been under medication for depression and anxiety from the past 6 years. I am doing good and I am feeling lot better. I feel like I can manage myself without medication.Also, I am worried about any side effects of consuming these psychiatry drugs for a longer period. I have been requesting my current psychiatrist to stop medication or atleast start the process of withdrawing from medication from the past 2 years. However, they are not considering my request to stop my medication. I feel like I should take second opinion. My current medication: Citalomine -20 mg per day Mirpine - 15 mg I really thank your time and suggestions. Thank you so much, Praveen.

I am okay for most of the days. But around my periods I become triggered by even a smallest thing. And then I really become uncontrollable. I don't know how my husband is holding up. I lose all my self esteem, self control, I cry a lot until I have severe headache, I become and become so nagging to to talk to my partner. And of course I regret this behaviour and then I am worried if he will divorce me. In general I am happy in my married life but I am not happy in my personal life. I have started studying CA but had to leave it because of not passing and now I am studying another professional course. I have lost focus. I also have suicidal thoughts on one of these days. I always think I am very late to pass the exam and look for a job. I feel I am not worthy of my husband. And I am very weak mentally. I am always worried about our relationship even if somewhere I know he loves me. I wish not to trouble him because of my reactions. I plan to seek a professional help and medications.

Can i take nexito 5 tablets without eating food at night.

I had anxiety issues hence i was prescriped Pexep however after taking it I started getting panic attacks which worsened my anxiety so I was prescriped Etilaam , so i took Etilaam for 2 days and Pexep for 5 days and stopped Taking any meds as i was not getting better with it . I havent taken antidepressants since 6 days now will it cause any issues as i stopped meds . Please suggest what to do !!

I have too in sleeping. Whenever Igo to bed , it takes too much time to sleep. Although my treating Psychiatrist don't prescribe Lonazep but I often use it before sleeping. Sometimes only 0.25of Lonazep is sufficient for sleeping but on the other hand I have to take twice or thrice of that dose. My doctor prescribed quitipine 25 but often I have to take the different dose I. e quitipine 100.or200 too. It is also my problem. My problem is that I can not keep on thr same prescribed dose.
