Doctor When a small sense of fear, stress I feel I can feel tingling like sensation in my leg ( the feeling just like after the sleepy leg)

I think I have got into trauma and I have become like a demon because of playing video games ps 3 continuously as I did not liked video games but still played continously for whole day and now I am in trauma and did my bcom, ssc preparation and job in that trauma now in more big trouble. Please help

Lately I have been noticing a pattern in my though and actions which doesn't match other people. I mean in general people are well aware of their deadlines are controlled in behaviour and able to manage their life. But in my case, I cannot make myself to do anything, I can't organise my things, do not have a sense of priority and I can't work on anything that feels uninteresting. I don't have any control over my habbits. I can't motivate myself, there is some sort of external control that I had never been able to identify till now. I am constantly forgetting important things and tasks. I have many left out projects with great Ideas but I constantly leave my projects halfway because they become uninteresting and lose excitement. I also have problems with nicotine in that I was never able to quit smoking. Some of the times because I forgot I had decided to stop smoking. I just want to know if there is a way to know that these things are my personality not a disorder.

And Before I have been diagnosed with Asthma and dust and cold allergy, by a pulmonologist and gave Montelukast and levocitrizine di hydrochloride medicine. Will taking both the medicines together have any reactions. Can I take them both ? Is it safe

I have been feeling sad since last 2 weeks. I didn't feel positive. I just recently recover from covid 19 but my whole family got positive. I am continuously getting negative thoughts about my future about my family about my job about my career. I cannot sleep peacefully. While sleeping I feel tremors or vibration in my leg and suddenly got awake. I got worst dreams during my sleep. While taking to friends or family or counsellor I fell little relaxed but then again feel that same negative thoughts. I am worried. What should I do. I m currently working as an intern. Should I take complete rest or should go to the company for work. Plz help 🙏🙏

I have been facing this problem since 4 years but since 2 months it has increased a lot ..my day to day activity is affected and I get scared even whensomething small happens or even when I hear a sound .. it's actually making me sick ..I always feel negative ...bad things happening in mind always ..although I m under medication but still it's there ..sweating and palpitation.. so difficult to explain the feeling ... I am not able to concentrate on anything ..I have started running to keep myself fit and eliminate this problem ..under nexito 15 mg and clonazepam 0.5 mg ..so scared of even small changes .

Please suggest us any medicine or treatment to get rid of alcohol addiction and mentally stable and control depression
