I am unable to detect my state of mind...it's happening from last 5 years...I m on antidepressants...now due to this problem I am worried about my carrier...not able to do any work...every work seems difficult to me...not so many skills...not getting job...no happiness...I don't know what is happening with me...assist me

Hello doctor, I have a problem of forgetting things very easily. I can't remember things for long term. The things which I have studied just now and then revised it after 2days and then after a week, even then I forget them. It's not just that I learn things simply but I have to put more effort than usual, I use several study tricks to remember things i.e.I relate the things to some events, or I use pnemonics, visualization etc eventhough I could remember only 10-15%. I can't concentrate for more than 10mins but earlier it was around 25-30 mins. And it's not only for study but also for day to day activities. I am facing it from last 7 months. I also experience slowing down of my mind, it takes more time than usual to complete a certain activity which I could do much easily and quickly before this problem. This things have made me feel sad always. I don't enjoy doing anything which I enjoyed earlier. Please suggest me that which doctor should I consult( psychiatrist or neurologist).

Sir I am on Psyvoxin 50 (Fluvoxamine 50 mg ) 1-0-1 and Syconil (clomipramine)12.5mg  0-0-1 When I substitute Psyvoxin 50 with fluvoxin 50 I feel hypnic jerk at night why ?? How to solve this problem

I was absolutely alright 2 days before. I was motivated to do all the things. I had plans to do many things and I was so excited about all this. But suddenly I have lost all my zeal. I am feeling lost. I am not feeling happy or excited about anything now. I am so worried that what has happened to me all of a sudden. Plz help.

I had been prescribed serta50 for my anxiety. And then once I became fine. And started getting depressed again, I was on frext 50. I want to know if I can have both these tablets and together at the same time? If my anxiety and depression is back.

Which is better way to take Venice xr.150 mg single morning dose per day or 75mg morning- 75 nignt split  dose if it doesn't interfere sleep . But i have constipation associated with the use of this medicine. Currently iam taking 75 mg morning and 75 mg after lunch for panic disorder and general anxiety with a history of depression ?
