Getting heart thuds
Got covid 8months back from took medicines like hcq400, also joined in hospital for treatment, was asymptomatic but was given full treatment, was aware of the heart got different symptoms like pounding. Now I'm getting thuds of the heart 24/7 when I lie down only. my cardiologist says it's anxiety and told me to Walk and read a book for 6 hours, but I'm lazy to read a book, will clonazepam or ssri help?? Can you guys help or will it go away on its own, most of the symptoms in the period of 8 months went away on their own. Attaching the latest ecg, I got thuds while taking ecg also.

Getting heart thuds
I recently asked a question about this, these thuds are not causing any impairment in my life I'm able to exercise and play well, sleep well, but the only thing is I'm not able to forget my heart completely it is taking time for me to forget, cardiologist also told me to read a book for 6 hours. I got these 8 months back due to hcq400 medication for covid, I used to get skipped beats but now it's just thuds, so will I be needing any medication ?

He is very moodial, and can't control his anger on anything. He is not having any past relationship.
Still unable to express things.

Heart thuds
My psychiatrist gave me treatment and it is over he has given me petril beta for my anxiety and heart thuds while lying down, however my condition has worsened after completing the medicine dosage if I'm asking him he is telling me to do exercise and yoga and divert, and my heart thuds will set on their own, my question is will my thuds really reduce?

My cardiologist has taken a 12 lead ecg sir, that's it. Also I took hcq400 and went to hospital and got full treatment for corona even when im asymptomatic they gave full treatment with all medicines, and they hospital people are also telling these thuds are anxiety, it feels like heart is pushing out slightly when I lie down only, I'm not feeling anxious or nervous but hear thuds keep coming that's it, it's becoming impossible for me to understand as to what is going on, so wanted you're suggestion, also consulted a few psychiatrist on Practo they also couldn't tell me correctly as to what this is
