My mother-in-law is suffering from mental dipression and illness. Her behaviour has been changing since last 5-6 years . She is now used get very aggressive. Please suggest best doctor and solutions for it

Hello Doctor, I have a problem of worrying Specially when I sit for my studies ( I'm upsc aspirant) .. Many past things comes to my mind ( like I have some issue with my father) and I get angry alone in my closed room.. Anger to the level I start abusing... And start talking to my self very angerly...also if some say anything to me I keep thinking about it... earlier I was not like this.. I don't know what it is...

I am Suffering from anxiety disorder (as per doc) as I have fear of diseases/death. 1 month back my jaws started jamming when I woke up in morning. Now, since last few days, I can see teeth marks on inner cheek walls. Even it has caused some cuts also. Which is causing pain. Is it due to anxiety??? Doc has suggested clonafit 0.50MD OD as of now Has meds or any technique needs to e changed?
