I think I am depressed and need help with it. I feel like crying all the time. And I feel like nobody cares about me. Even if I die nobody would give a damn

I am attaching my psychological evaluation report. Can anyone please tell me what the indicators such as MMSE, HAM-D and Rorschach test indicate. What do the numbers tell about my mental health?

Dr,From past 8months i am feeling like rocking sensation,back head pain from last 2weeks and neck stiffness ,getting thoughts like i am going to die or i have serious disease like that,when i am going for morning walk or jog feels my energy gets drained out and my eyes gets blackout,feels like fell down and after deep breath i am getting normal.if any happy situation happens i cannot express it when i smile or talk my brain gets fog.Recently when i am standing and bending down my head in single place doing some activity feels like fell down, immediately if i looks up gets normal.sometimes suddenly getting stomach pain with out reason and consulted doctor he done tests and says its normal. Please provide some solution to get out from this and is it for anxiety or any other health issue?

I have diagnosed with OCD last year. My sypmtoms get worsen in this lockdown. I seek medical help and I am on medication from past 10 days. Due to medicines I feel sleepy whole day and I feel like my hands are weak, all that affecting my daily activities. My doctor gave no attention on this. Pls tell what should I do OR upto how long it will continue Medicines Des :- 1) setoxlin CR 25 2) Aripaxe 5 mg 3) Clomicare 75 mg

How long Fluxotine 40 MG be taken for OCD ? Can be taken for 2-3 years continuously depending upon the symptoms ? And does it create restlessness ?

How long Pramipex 0.125 be taken for restless leg syndrome ? Can it be taken with Fluxotine 40 MG ? Can both the medicines be taken together for 2-3 years continuously ? In morning Fluxotine 40 MG and at night Pramipex 0.125 MG. Please give suggestions.

My borther suffering form mental health issue from 2002. Till now he is on medication. He has addiction of ciggerate and tea. Over thinking, walking, talking with hisself. He is aggresive. Also

Today I had a stressful day. Emotionally I was drained. I was trying to control all the confusions in mind. Suddenly felt chest pain, felt like I cant breath. Before I could hold something I fell down. My body was shaking. I had a seizure. I dont completely remember what happened. I know I was on call. Person who attended me said I was shaking. I am still feeling weak, but am ok. He said it was a fits. But this happened to me first time. I tried reaching my regular doctor, it shows offline. Please suggest should I talk to psychiatrist or other specialist. All this happened 4 hrs ago. Please suggest
