Can i take ayurvedic tonics with allopathic medicines??... or it can cause interaction with medicines and will worst my health?

Hello Doctor, finally my ex-boyfriend replied to my text last night. But he is still being adamant telling that once said is said and decided. Please stop contacting me or interfering into my life matters.And he also told not to reach out to his friends or anybody who is related to him. What should I do now? And should I take this as a little positive sign just for he responding back.

Hi, I am a mother of three years old baby, I am loosing my temper for every small small thing I seriously dono what's happening inside me. My mind breaks and I ll get very angry suddenly and it ll burst on my son and with in sometimes I ll become normal. This is happening continuously with me I dono how to over come from it but it's really hurting me seeing my kid crying wen I burst upon him everyday it's happening I ll b very cool when I sit and play suddenly my temper go up. Hello Doctor Recently my friend got to know that her brother is Gay and had relationship with 4-5 boys however he also had relationship with 2 girls in the past. He is more interested in boys than girls Is he really Gay or Bisexual? Can he become normal/straight by Counseling or any treatment? I was prescribed with etizolam 0.5 mg for anxiety for 10 days (1 each at night). Initially I felt some symptoms of facial pain and headache.later they reduced i was able to sleep .once I stopped using it I was feeling fast heart beat ,sweating ,sleep disturbance, numbness etc., I was then prescribed with 0.25 mg .but I thought I can wait for 2 days more if I feel well but still I was feeling uncomfortable. So I started using 0.25 mg .I am able to sleep but still feeling headache, facial pain, numbness ,frequent deep breathing . It's been 5 days I started using 0.25 mg  .I don't know how to proceed. PS: I am only using etizolam(0.25) in night and zinc bisgylcinate in morning currently. Wanted to know if I can use otrivin oxy nasal spray along with etizolam as I have nasal congestion Thanks in advance
