I am taking allopathic medicine from 5 years and recovered moderate. the thing happened to me is about 20 incident happened at a time in my college life 2nd year in a month. so i was depressed a lot at that time. but i was consuming ganja continuosly. so i started hating noise, noise was making me ill. i was not getting rest. so 1 day my back side of head started aching. my brain energy went down. so i have to stop ganja. but as everyone said , ganja will not effect anyone. so i took after 5 months that year 2016. and i got a heart attack type of thing and i was not able to breath. so i took allopathic medicines of psychiatrist .but due to medicines also i got heart attack type thing .but however i recovered moderately with a good psychiatrist... but the main problem is they give my problem some names like schizophrenia, psychosis, ocd etc. but the reality is i lost my brain power due to ganja.. i dont have any depression now...the problem is just , i lost my brain power due to ganja.

I am not happy with my life. I always feel really low. All of a sudden i start crying for absolutely no reason. I feel uncomfortable to share my feelings with other person although i have got really supportive parents and friends. I literally have no energy no pleasure no enthusiasm to do anything. I feel like cornering myself from the world. There are days when I don't feel to get out of my bed. I dont sleep either. It's like I sleep for 2-4 hrs(max) a day. I don't like to eat. I don't like to do anything infact. Everything feels so tiring.

How can I ask my partner or tell him that I want to go for a therapy? He is conservative and May find me having some issue and try to discourage later. I have done the therapy earlier without him knowing.

I have cervical myalgia. So, the doctor has given Flexabenz tablet to be taken every night for 10 days. Can it cause mental problems? I don't have any as of now. So, it wont cause long term mental problems, right?

I am MBBS 2nd yr student .I have some repeation intrusive of thought in mind since last 1 yr .when my teacher (pharmacology)ask me some questions I feel severe anxious at that time and I read same topic again and again to avoid my mistake and I have some unwanted thought due to performance of my study.  psychiatrist gives me Fluoxetine 40 mg 2-0-0×contd Tab.clomipramine 25 mg 0-0-1×contd Tab.risperidone 0.5 mg 0-0-1×contd Tab.alprazolam 0.25 1 tab TDS Tab.mirtazapine 15  0-0-1 In order to decrease my performance anxiety can I take Clonazepam 0.25 with this alprazolam? 🆘
