From today evening I am feeling a odd kind of sound near me but noting playing near me... I am feeling anxious and taken petrol 0.25 Mg once in evening.... I am trying to divert mind but it's feeling in room when going out feeling OK only.... Kindly help as its irritating me and giving me anixty much.... Trying to control my mind.... What I can do to control it or overcome it.... Before also I face this issue a week before that time its Shrr Sher kind of noise... I'm out of city and family is not here... I am missing them and cuz of this also feeling more anxious... Kindly help

Sir my psychiatrist prescribe me Fluvoxamine 50 1-0-1 with telrafol 0-0-2 for depression.Can I take only Fluvoxamine 50. I do not want to take tetrafol with Fluvoxamine.Is this necessary to take tetrafol with fluvoxamine.is this necessary to take both???

I am suffering from breathlessness like cannot catch by deep breath i have done all the test ecg, pulmonary test ,blood test,liver test xray all are normal i m suffering this since feb my pulmonary doctor said i have anxiety is anxiety real will it go automatically??

Hey doctors Need your help for my uncle name Mritunjay Mishra Past last  3-4 years he is having a habit of washing hand very frequently but as time passes thing changes a lot now he very aggressive, use to live dirty , he don't brush his teeth, don't want get touch with some, if some suggest home sometime he gets very aggressive and stats fighting need your help in this.

Sir I am on 1. Psyvoxin 50 mg (Fluvoxamine 50 mg ) 1-0-1 2. Syconil 12.5 mg (Clomipramine12.5mg) 0-0-1 I feel hypnic jerks at night while falling asleep... I also feel hypnic jerk sometimes during daytime whenever I go for nap... Can I take anxiolytic at night along with Fluvoxamine and clomipramine???????? If yes which anxiolytic can I take 1 Clonazepam 0.25mg at night Or any other anxiolytic which is good please tell me...

Sometimes I shout suddenly while sleeping. Even I speak curse words while being asleep that too loudly. How do I cure this issue ? However It's okay when I sleep at my home but it becomes an issue while being at someone else's. So please help.

Recently, I have been having terrible thoughts about my existence, life, and god. These thoughts were philosophical and at certain point became hypothetical and fantasy. I was constantly asking questions abt whether or not is this reality fake. I became really depressed becaz of these questions and thoughts as they would come back whenever I feel relaxed. I'm feeling helpless. I'm just so hopeless. I don't care about for what I used to do before. I don't want to meet people. I don't feel like reading novels, singing and writing. I don't feel happy no matter whatever I do. I've never gained weight before but this time I've gained belly fat with three tiers. I don't get sleep easily but now a days I just don't sleep, even if I sleep I start dreaming and getup in panic. I'm scared to sleep now. I don't get anger easily but now I can't tolerate anything. I used to walk for so long without getting exhausted but now just 1km is too much for me. I used to be so positive but now I feel finally I've come to the reality from my imagination. I'm so worthless. Everyone just choose to leave me atlast. I'm so useless. I need to study. Next month I've joining but I'm not ready. I am not able to focus. I've no interest to do anything. When I'm alone I start crying and once I stop crying I get panic attacks. I just can't breathe.
