Any one please suggest how to remove heaviness  , is there any remedies I have shown to doctor presibed some medicine anibiotic and laxatives and checked area as well where stool comes however light heaviness is not going is this related to mind as always roaming in my mind

I think I got into trauma because of bad psychiatry by a doctor who lives near my house I went to for my depersonalization issue so i was under medication for 3-4 years and someone fight broke in my office and I am in trauma ever since and I am so naive that I went to same doctor and I am suffering

What is difference in a psychiatrist and a psychologist. Are they both consulted in regards of a long term depression case. Do both treatments work together.
