Hi i always concentrate on my breathing which is making me nervous and think that i cannot breathe or i ll stop breathing due to which i feel i ll die please suggest me how to manage really bothering a lot not able to lead a day life

I never ever had any anger issues before 2021. I am usually calm. From Jan this year, I had got several unrelated health problems. I was also hospitalized in Feb for hernia surgery. Few days after getting discharged, when I was at home, my uncle had done something and I had shouted on top of my voice at him in front of my 80-year old grandparents and my mother who is heart patient. I cried immediately maybe out of guilt. My uncle had helped me immensely while I was in hospital and I shouted at him. I had absolutely no control over anger. But the same incident happened next day as well. And today I had this similar explosive anger at my mother who is heart patient. I regret it but I couldn't control/prevent it. Just few seconds later I cooled down completely and we are fine now. I am always calm rest of the time. Total: 3 times this has happened this year. Do I have any mental health problem?

6 days before I have consulted a doctor for fever and tieredness, after medication I lost smell and taste... And still tieredness is there.. and m mentally low sometimes

This days I am feeling much irritation and angry so what can be the cause sir,I am so much of worried that why I am feeling irritable, agitation and anger.plz reply me in full details, Thank you

Iam in the process of tapering the clonazepam slowly after one year usage for anxiety disorder with different antidepressants . Yesterday I fell down and my feet hurted so orthopedic doctor prescribed me novacal C and lyser D in night . Currently iam taking clonazepam also on night . Any interactions or problems taking this together ?

Hello doctors, If a person with thought broadcasting casting(vision, audio, touch n all body sensation) how to cope in life. I am suffering from frequent urination since from 6 months ago..then i consult doctor then prescribed me Tab.
