I am having gastric problem since last month. On diagnosis found I am having SIBO. For that medication is on the roll. But despite of that i am also having breathing problem sometimes. I am having fear of get dying due to that and continues to think about the same whole day. And feels like i cant breathe properly. To get rid of that i use to do deep breathing but that worse my situation.  While i am asleep i don't experience any difficulty in breathing. Also I went for CT Scan of thorax which says my severity score is 0 and corad is 1. What can I do??

Hello Doctor,I am suffering from GAD. I am taking NEXITO 10 for six months but the effect of the medicine was only for three months now I am not feeling better problem is as usual please suggest me any other medicine for my anxiety disorder and social phobia please Doctor

I have history of Anxiety, but am not on any medication currently. However I have Clonafit as my SOS tab, I am getting Vaccinated tomorrow, will taking Clonafit after/before Covishield have any effect in case I get an anxiety attack.

I think I have developed hypochondria. I continuously keep stressing over small symptoms. I keep googling the symptoms. I continuously check my pulse and temperature. Even if i have nothing I feel I have something. How do I get rid of this. I am always stressed because of this and unable to concentrate of anything.

She had panic attack type one month ago I had done all blood test ECG test all reports are ok but she wake up in morning with new problem which is nothing but react to silly things and she can't sleep properly pls suggest what to do

My father is suffering from delusion of infedility towards my mother. We are all suffering due to this from last 3-4 years. My mother is very very sad due to this. He tells us that she had an extra-marital affair with neighbors and had multiple relationships in past. She is unfaithful. I want to convince him that it is just his delusion but he didn't listen and don't want to go for psychiatrist consultation. I am trying very hard to convince him from years but of no use. Now, I have decided to give him medicine secretly in his food & after a month if he gets better then I will convince him to go to the doctor. Are there any tasteless medication available which will improve his current condition??? Please tell me. Please.

Hello respected doctors, I have been facing the issue of Lack of concentration and focus since last 2 yrs. I am doing job but my interest has lost. I am not able to focus or concentration on reading something even for 5 mins. I can feel my heartbeat sensations all over the body. Whenever I do any work lot of thoughts distract my mind I consulted General Physician and get tested blood , urine n other reports.He asked that everything is ok but it may be due to anxiety. I don't have any tension too.But it looks like automatically it is happening. Any conversation or argument with anybody remains in my mind for a lond time. No issue in sleeping but sleep  disturbed after every 2 hours and again goes to sleep in a very short time . I am experiencing a lot of dreams as well. Doing meditation and exercises. I am lean boy and have BMI in range. Can any medication help here. I need help from the doctors available Thankyou very much for giving your valuable time to read my isssue.

My cousin was a medical student and after attempting 2-3 attempts she is having some medical problems like - problem in breathing, her stress level is high, she gets threatened very easily and the problem is increasing every now and then. She is a bright and hardworking student but due to these complications she is not even able to concentrate on her studies. Can you please help me to recover her back?

Plz tell me is there any medication that improves cognition and meta cognition bcoz during depression I had ADHD medication(methylephenidate)and  my worried thought had been stopped.see how my brain works right now.when I look at anything there is no thought evolve in my mind or I am not learning anything from the world for eg:when cbse class 12th exam is cancel there is no reaction occur in my mind or no thoughts comes even I am in class 12th Is it possible that problem will resolve, after the consultation of doc,becoz there is a effect of dopamine  almost whole in my mind.also I have left the medicine since 2 month but still effect of methylphenidate is remain as it was.
