I am sfrng  from self underconfident and cmpring myslf wth othrs specially wth my ex gf who is studying MBBS. it was 2016 after i passed class 12 i decided for the NEET 2017 prprtion , there i met her in our institute  but i could,t clear NEET 2017and she got BDS. Then i thought to take another drop for 2018 and she did it too. We are preparing well suddenly their  had been a problem btw  us and brkup happened I was very overconfident during that timeand gradually i lost my track shifted my focus on brkup and what hapned  is that again i could,t clear NEET 2018 but she cracked MBBS st.I again took another drop thnkng now i am free from every thing my total focus should be on NEET preparation ,what hapnd  nxt  is i strted scrolling her profile on fb ,her new life new friends and she startwd avoiding me ..and i totally loose self confidant ,ego.(thinking i too a gd student) in my preparation and i failed in 2019.i am currently in physics(H). pls tell me how to gain confident.

I donno if i ever will need help for a condition like this nor have i took it serious until recently. From my childhood i am scared of chickens.I get panic attack when they are near me and their noise gets me too disturbed.My parents took it as a silly fear..but recently they started growing chickens at my home and i am away due to that reason. Is this a medical condition? When i say i am alectrophobic people including my family laughs at me. I really donno how can i convince them.

Sir I am student my Psychiatrist prescribe me - In morning Psyvoxin 50 (Fluvoxamine 50) In night Psyvoxin 50 and half tab of syconil 25mg (clomipramine) My problem is that when I take Psyvoxin 50 alone in morning my anxiety increase so much...so I decided to change dose of my medicines according as - In morning Psyvoxin 50 (Fluvoxamine 50) and 1/4 tab of syconil 25 In night Psyvoxin 50 and 1/4 tab of syconil 25mg (clomipramine). Now my anxiety is low as compared to before.And I am feeling very comfortable with this... Is this ok

Hi doctor, I am covid recroved paitent and completed 3 months after covid till now. My lungs were involved and my ct score was 12. After two month of ct scan, report came fine( ct score reduced to 7). Along with , I am suffering from health anxieties and started my treatment 2 days back. Psychiatrist prescribed me CLONOTRIL 0.25 mg. I read it's side effect on lungs on internet ..so I am worried . Shall I take this medicine still?? Please suggest.

I fear and worry too much when i think about anything and after that  something happen in my stomach like (butterfly in stomach) it started in feb 2021 when i cant sleep and my heartbeat raised so i start overthinking about it and i cant sleep at all but after that i controlled myself, but sometimes when i am happy i suddenly started Felling that my heartbeat is raising and other stuff. When i see someone ill ,i also start thinking ' its going to happen with me " and it gives me fear. Please help me .

Hi during tough times I had helped family financially till brother and sister marriage is settled for about 12 years. Now all are settled financially and familywise. But now all of them United together showing combined power to abuse me, use all bad words during talk and logically trying to throw me out of their circle . Now am feeling bad I used all my energy and age for their wellness . Am helpless and alone...and they are unitedly try to take revenge on each and every activity on me .
