Hii sir I have to taken jovali plus and fluoxetine 15 dasy ago, yesterday is dose is empty,bt today I was feeling nervous,dry mouth, fatigue, doctor gives 15 days tabs only bt these tablet I will take every day or stop the tablet after symptoms presist,what I do now sir?

When I was 17 years old. My mother & father had a very big fight and hence after that my Mother was living with my maternal family. I was alone for the first time ever. I was also scared of my father hence I didn't tried to reslove conflict between them. At that time I was very brilliant in studies and I was also fallen for one girl. I used to miss her. But I felt that this feelings may distract me from studies. Hence one night I clenched my teeth on each other very hardly and then suddenly I heared some voices at back of my mind. It was the first time in life that I had experienced this wired. From that day I felt something is definitely wrong with my brain. Also I was unable to control those voices for 2 years. I felt that if I chatter some voice in my mind then my brain will be healthy. Now I want to know that what was wrong with my brain at that time? Which Psychiatrist condition I have.? Why did I heard those voices? was it due to stress or anxiety?? Please tell me Sir/Mam.

I have CKD and I always feel I will have an heart attack though my bp is 120/80 potassium 4.6 have on renal diet taking less protein diet and boiling all the vegetables before cooking taking medicine regularly for CKD and blood pressure and even taking anxitex 0.25 at night regularly but I always feel that I will die any time via heart attack always uneasy ness happen and and I can't concentrate on work as I from poor family and if I don't do my office work than I will lost my job please help me to leave a normal life with CKD

My mother is an active and healthy person. Since last 2 to 3 years , feeling in secure,she is not mingle with others not going any functions due to problems created by neighbors , whenever she saw neighbors she acts differently. We lost my father year back and that impacted my mother severely, she is not sleeping properly.feeling in secure. Sometimes even  she is not believing us. She will not come out of my house. She does all the works at home as usually.      Generally She doesn't take medication  and consult doctor. She will not come for consultation online or direct . Please suggest solution.

Y do i get vomiting sensation alot is it bcz of anxiety or depression i even get vomitings nausea when ever i feel sad

Hello all, from past 6 months I am feeling depressed and anxiety issues. I feel their is some problem with health but I have gone through blood test and ultrasound but everything is good. Doctor said I have tension but I have no tension but overthinking these days due to covid situation. Earlier I was facing acidity issues but it cured because I was having navel displacement. Yesterday my pulse was 102. I dont know why this is happening. please help me and guide me

Dear doctor,. Due to some anxiety /depersonalisation issues I'm taking Dulot20 for last 3.5 years,now my symptoms are in control but at the same time I'm feel some memory related issues sometimes..pls guide if long term usage of Dulot 20 can raise any issue and should I stop taking it or can I continue the same. Thanks

Have less sleep. Wake up in every 2 3 hr duration most of the time. Unwantedly worried about many things. Anxiety.

I am in the state where I think too much about any work and not able to complete it n feeling depressed...unable to focus on any thing nor be able to calm..which makes me even more anxious and depressed.plz help

My mom is 65 yrs old, having anxiety and sleep problems. She is taking tryptomer 10 mg. I want to know which is more effective and safe for her tryptomer or flunil? She has high blood pressure.
