Doctor,
I feel helpless and couldn't sleep because of work pressure and expectation set by company .while In sleep aswell there negative feedback's and other things disturb me and when active during day time I feel lost and failure , hesitant get nervous when interacting with people whose voice is loud and with subordinate please advise how do I feel relaxed and happy I feel I am loosing myself

1.I am unable to focus
Analyse what is distracting you, Is it electronic gadgets or other things or your thoughts ?
If it is other than your thoughts
just abandon and stop using them for your sake of well being.
If it is your thoughts
All you need to do is overcome them from inner. Try to stay motivated on what you have to achieve.
Just imagine that you have failed badly. This imagination of being negative, forces you to be focus on what you have to do.
I can't concentrate. I am taking things too easily.
Leave your comfort zone. It stops you making yourself. You can concentrate more if you have achieved my 2nd point.
Make yourself sufficient in comfort. More comfort makes you goat. (Sorry, yes goat !) Less comfort makes you lion.
Ahh ! You know which is meant to be eaten.
4. Instead of solving it I leave the whole topic.
Take that topic/chapter as a challenge, Unless you complete it you wont have food ( yes, you have that will power.) Study like an adventure, just play with the topics. You will rule them. If you fool around them, They will ruin you.

5. I have not studied properly from last 2 years.
Follow the same study methods which you are using before those 2 years. Try to motivate yourself by watching some YT Motivational videos ,music or songs.
Choice is yours, Change is yours
6. I remain positive even if I fail coz deep down I know I haven't studied for it.
This sentence made me to write this answer. All I can say is, âI too thought like this and got my BBQ served.â
You are escaping from the responsibilities by assuming âi remained positiveâ.
Till how many days will you remain positive ?

7. I want to work hard but I am unable to.
Donât think you are unable, Enable your thoughts, they will lead you.
Before sleeping put down all of your thoughts on a paper and stop thinking about them while going to sleep so that they will not interfere with your sleep. If you are not able able to sleep despite this, consult any psychiatrist.
