Sleep Issue - 3 Years Before Consulted Doctor For Sleep Issues

3 years before consulted doctor for sleep issues and he initially gave 15 mg mirtazapine and later reduced to 7.5 mg and continuously took for 3 years. I myself stopped it now almost 60 days. Again I am having sleep issues morning tiredness etc. Weight lost nearly 4 to 5 kgs. Can I restart mirtaz 7.5 mg
