Someone very close to me has been dealing with serious sleep issues. They barely sleep 2-3 hours, and sometimes stay awake for 2–3 days straight. I feel stress or past trauma might be involved, but they don’t really talk about it.
I’m genuinely worried and don’t know how to help anymore. Any recommendations or advice would really mean a lot.
