Sleep issues
Someone very close to me has been dealing with serious sleep issues. They barely sleep 2-3 hours, and sometimes stay awake for 2–3 days straight. I feel stress or past trauma might be involved, but they don’t really talk about it. I’m genuinely worried and don’t know how to help anymore. Any recommendations or advice would really mean a lot.

Hello hi sleep is the most important thing in our daily routine.So those who are having sleep difficulties has to get evaluated to rule out the root cause of disturbance.Its so important to fix this as early as possible.ask him to consult me or any near psychiatrist to rule out this problem and get treatment as needed.
