Poor sleep, fatigue, memory issues
I have been struggling with sleep and energy issues for a long time. I rarely wake up feeling fresh or rested. Even after sleeping, I wake up tired, dull, irritated, or frustrated. Throughout the day I feel low on energy and unmotivated to do basic tasks. I’m also noticing memory and concentration problems. I forget simple things very quickly for example, sometimes I forget a password I set just a day before. I feel mentally foggy and distracted often.I don’t remember the last time I woke up feeling fresh. I always wake up tired, dull, frustrated, and low on energy. It’s affecting my daily tasks and motivation.  Please guide me on how to treat this and what could be causing it.
