Therapy suggestion
How can I ask my partner or tell him that I want to go for a therapy? He is conservative and May find me having some issue and try to discourage later. I have done the therapy earlier without him knowing.

First discuss your problem with him, why you want to take it.make him understand how it helped you previously. you can ask him to come along with u so that therapist will explain the importance and how to support u.

Try to explain him the importance of therapy and why it is important for you. (Therapy can Promote one's self esteem, relationship and even change the outlook on life)

Try to explain him the concept of therapy and then why you feel the need for it and how it will help you. All the best.

You need explain him your problems first, and then only he may be able to understand need for psychotherapy.
Next Steps
If he is not convinced, explain him that scientifically psychotherapy has been found to be effective against depression/anxiety
