Am taking Nexito plus 25mg for Stress and axiety from past 18 months Taking 1/4 of tablet of the same from past two months 1. Get angry soon for small things and get stress because of office work pressure and other things, finally end up with headache and head become little hot, 2. I do physical excercises and Meditation daily 3.When I feel stress or become emotional, I get headache and not get sleep for 1-2 hrs Please suggest further medication and how to control Stress and emotion

I have been facing sleeping problems for more than a year now. I thought it will go away in sometime but I can't overcome it.

Sir, I was taking Fluxotine 20mg for last 7 years. Right now I am taking Fluxotine 30 MG due to increase in ego-dystonic thought. I was learning about how SSRI medication works. It will inhibit the Reuptake of Seretonin by the pre-synaptic cleft by blocking the receptor which is responsible for re-absorption of Seretonin. So, in turn level of Seretonin will be increased in the Synaps. But my question is , how that will help in preventing obsessive thought and compulsion ? I was reading a hypothesis that thalamas sends the report to pre-frontal cortex when a task is completed. But in case of OCD patient thalamas is unable to send the completion report to cortex, which in turn cause repititive action. So, my assumption is that path will be free with the increased level of Seretonin. So that Thalamas sends correct report to Pre frontal cortex. Is my understanding correct ? Or SSRI works in a different way to prevent the obsession and compulsion. Please clarify in medical terms.

One a day I was in depression I use self medication table Anxit 0.5 I use day by day at bed time one table can not work I use 2 tab to Night I use near about past four years but 2 tabs not work I was now very depressed. Without Anxit I can't sleep. Many times I think about sucide. What can I do

Doctor prescribed me to take Modafinil 100mg for 2 months. What is the maximum amount of Modafinil a person should consume in a day. What will happen if someone takes 2 grams of Modafinil? I took 300gm accidentally because after consuming second dose in mid-day I forgot to remember that I took it and then took again. Not sure what's next now what will happen?

I was addicted with brown sugar and taking this from previous 6 months.i want to leave this,but whenever i was trying to quit too much cough and cold catches me with heavy wet cough,alongwith vomating and hungerless ness,headache and abdominal discomfort.please help me with sone medication so can i am able to quit the poison. eagerly waiting for your reply,i am a pharma manufacturing professional and from a well cultured family also i have a 4 years old child,so i cannot go to rehab or disclose this otherwise my family will be ruined,please help with some medication.
