This is 4 tg time i had weird feeling it seems my heart was going to stop and very different felling in head  and sweating and it took 20 mins to be normal again... i sat in ac things became normal..i had egc and cbc and rbc and wvery thing was normal...when i start fellling okar then it start burping too much

Overthinking each and every situation has lead to alot of complexity and anxiety in my life. I feel like I am developing a negative mindset in life. Not communicative.

Four people in my home got RTPCR positive last month and I had mild headache and fever below 100F but rtpcr taken before symptoms returned negative yet took meds suggested by doc who suspected covid. My family members were suggested six minute walk test and I too started doing it even when I was not sure whether I had corona. I have Obsessive compulsive disorder and it is now playing with my mind now. I can't stop doing six minute walk test because I'm obsessed about my spo2 levels and anxious that I might have happy hypoxia. I'm anxious I'm asymptomatic and I might have happy hypoxia and if I don't do six minutes walk test, I might not know it and die at home. Should I stop checking spo2 and stop doing 6mwt? I'm worried that I might continue doing this till end of this pandemic

I want to know Can I stop my anxiety medicine after 6days of use I am using only petril md 0.25mg at night

Hi, I am a PTSD patient last 26 yrs. In the year of 2018 I consulted with doctor and I was advised to intake gabapin 300, alzolam 1mg and many more medicines. I stopped taking those suddenly post 2020 March. After a year now I am again experiencing those attacks .. Pls advice ..
