It's started happening frequently. I feel suffocated n exhausted. No physical illness but not in situation to control my emotions. I feel like to cry. Every small issue trigger me dnt knw why?

Dear respected doctors, First of all thanks for the support you all providing in saving lives in pandemic. I took Lithic SR 400 mg at nights for past 10 days, it gave drowsiness and nausea so i talked to my doctor and he asked me to stop and gave riscure 0.5 at night and Oxvun 50 at morning. I feel like fear and depression without any reason for past 3 days. Not sure why. Kindly give your inputs and help me in this pandemic. I get panic and burning sensation in body when i get fear suddenly without any reason. Thanks

What do I when I get a panic attack? The only I am able to stop it sometimes is by harming myself. I tried therapy once, but the first session itself was traumatising. I am a university student, batch topper actually. I ace in all fields. But how do I handle panic attacks?

Me and my husband just recovered from covid 19 both we had mild infection and we recovered from home.but the problem is that after that i always feel severe anxiety . i always afraid of my husband's health but now he is doing well and he is perfectly fine now. but i can not consentrate in my work, i  always think about his health . i always think that i have to face another problem related to his health. this type of thinking hamper my regular life its very difficult for me to come again in my normal life .please suggest me what can i do

Doct prescribed me clonazepam+escitalaprom and versidep at night for my Anxiety and hyperventilation problem but during day time I have severe burning sensation whole and and anxiety attack with hyperventilation whelat to do pls suggest me any medication

Sir I noticed dark coloured stools and got so so so panicked. I immediately rushed to the GI doctor and he advised for stool occult and CBC which was normal . He asked if I have chest or abdomen pain. I said no. Since then onwards I started observing so closely if I'm getting stomach pain or chest pain after eating . And yes I started getting pain. Now I'm so so so scared if I have gastritis or ulcer . I'm scared if doctor will advise for endoscopy. I'm already a sufferer of health anxiety from past 2015 and I'm on desvenlafaxine 50mg since then. Can anxiety cause gastritis? Will it cause bleeding ? I started getting pains only after when doctor asked me about it . :(

Dear Doctor, My daughter Kavya doesn't have interest in any activities neither studies nor any sports/ activities. She is now in 4th standard but does not know syllabus of 2 standard. She is not serious in life neither studies or any activities. She is falling behind compared to other friends of her. She does not listen to us. She must have some psychiatric issue I think and need to see a doctor for her.
