Hair chewing habit
My Wife, 36 years old, has a habit of biting/chewing her hair-ends whenever she's thinking or is under stress. She has been doing this for last 10-15 years. She tries to avoid it, but she hasn't been able to do so. Can you suggest what she should do to stop this habit?
