Sleeping problem
Actually I am facing sleep disturbance not often monthly twice like that 😪. Is this Condit is insomnia .if ,suggest me ..natural way.

It doesn't fit in criteria to diagnose insomnia but you can try sleep hygiene to get better sleep :)

Try sleep hygiene ,a glass of milk or a banana at bedtime.If still persist then u need to take medications .
