Mam/sir, I need your help.. I am in so stressful situation I'm out of control for my emotions.. I'm a mother of 2kids, I am the only one to take care of my children.. I get so frustrated managing two kids, their online classes, house hold chores, I am not able to even plan my day wisely cause of my mood swings.. I even hit my kids while teaching them, or while they don't listen to my words.. I even abusing them with few bad words.. I am not knowing what's wrong with me.. I am really a bad mother.. but I love my kids so much they are world to me.. after scolding or hurting them I feel so bad n I hit myself also.. I don't know if I am normal or not.. I feel I'm not worthy to be mother of these two innocent kids.. I'm so guilty that I need to change my behavior, I need be good to my kids

First of all know that ur a good mother who loves and cares for her children. But first you need to take care of yourself. Only then can you give it your 100% mentally and physically.I have many parents and especially mothers who are blaming themselves but you need to know that we are in the middle of a pandemic and keeping yourself and your loved ones safe is the top priority and we all struggling and doing whatever best we can in this situation.I think counselling will help you.
