Dear Doctor, I have suffered through hallucinations (tactile, auditory, visual) and have had a fugue state towards the beginning of my schizophrenia which began almost 3 years ago.Diagnostic tests of my heart , an ECG could not find any physical issues. I often roamed without being able to find my way to my residence and had self-control issues where I though of setting fire to objects. For this I went to the forest and burned wood. I also have suffered through intrusive thoughts for the last 3 years which are incredibly painful and almost felt to give chest pains. These thoughts also give me great anger and helplessness at times. I have also had anxiety issues since middle school and was bullied due to which I became a truant in high school not attending classes for almost 2 years. In college I was also prone to anxiety and had limited social interaction. I also regularly have an erotomanic delusion about a woman and find it stressful because I know it is not based in reality.

It will be better if you visit a psychiatrist in person and get yourself evaluated properly there is no point in getting revaluation online as it might require a detailed conversation even with your family members.
